Teamwork

Machines don’t do work; people do. And in construction, teams do. We reward team members who place the team’s goals above their own.

What People Are Saying About Our Company and People

“If they [Clark] saw something amiss, they’d say so right away. ‘This will not pass inspection.’ I was able to better predict future issues and save time.”

— P. Meyer, General Contractor

“Without hesitation I offer my unequivocal recommendation of Tom Williams as an outstanding project manager for any construction project.”

— J. Von, PE, Sanitary Dist. Engineer

“Bob thrives in situations where I've seen others fall down. He creates effective plans, communicates with empathy, and inspires others to do their best.”

Bob Clark Sr. left his job as a District Conservationist for the USDA Soil Conservation Service to start his own drainage business. With a wife, five kids at home, and no money to afford a shop, he started our company in his two-car garage in a neighborhood in Richmond, IN.
